Conservative Values. Practical Results
Greg Steube knows values matter. Results matter too. He defends the Constitution, supports law enforcement, protects taxpayers, stands with veterans, and fights for communities rebuilding after disasters. Southwest Florida does not need more political theater. We need a Representative who knows how to fight - and how to deliver.
Rebuild Faster. Recover Stronger.
Hurricane Ian devastated Fort Myers. Our neighbors responded with courage, but federal bureaucracy continues to slow important parts of the recovery. After touring the damaged Fort Myers Yacht Basin, Greg Steube pressed federal agencies to accelerate the permitting process and help move redevelopment forward.
Federal bureaucracy should never become a second disaster.
Real Relief After the Storm
After a hurricane, the government should help families rebuild, not hand them another tax bill. Greg Steube wrote and passed disaster tax-relief legislation that became federal law. The law helps victims of Hurricane Ian and other recent disasters deduct qualified losses without itemizing. Steube turned a Southwest Florida problem into a national solution. That is the difference between talking about recovery and delivering real relief.
When disaster strikes, Greg has worked across party lines to help families recover. He led major disaster tax relief through Congress, even forcing a House vote when the legislation stalled, and helped turn that relief into law.
Hurricane victims needed relief. Greg Steube delivered it.
Make Southwest Florida Affordable Again
Southwest Florida families work hard. They should not lose more of every paycheck to higher prices, higher taxes, and reckless government spending. Washington cannot control every household expense, but it can stop making those expenses worse. Greg Steube will fight to cut waste, stop tax increases, expand American energy, and let families keep more of what they earn.
As a member of the tax-writing Ways and Means Committee, Greg helped make key tax relief permanent for families and small businesses, preventing scheduled tax increases and providing greater certainty for taxpayers.
Lower taxes. Less waste. More money in your pocket.
Standing With Our Veterans
As an Army veteran, Greg knows our commitment to those who have served does not end when they leave the military. He has fought to give disabled veterans greater freedom to choose their health care and to ensure veterans receive the services they earned.
Back the Badge. Block the Flock.
Flock cameras do not only scan vehicles linked to crimes. They photograph every passing vehicle and create a searchable record of where ordinary Americans travel. Public safety should target criminals, not treat every driver like a suspect. Greg Steube supports law enforcement and the Constitution. Police should have every constitutional tool they need to catch dangerous criminals. But if the government wants to track an American, it should get a warrant because the Fourth Amendment still matters.
Catch criminals. Protect citizens. Follow the Constitution. Back the Badge. Block the Flock.
Securing Our Country & Our Elections
As an Army veteran and member of the House Intelligence Committee, Greg has used his military experience to fight for a strong national defense and keep America safe. He has worked to secure the border, safeguard our elections, defend Second Amendment rights, and counter the influence of foreign adversaries.
Leading on Common-Sense Issues
Greg has led the fight on major issues facing families and taxpayers. His legislation protecting women's sports has repeatedly passed the House, and he has remained a strong advocate for protecting unborn life. Greg fought against government overreach and pushed for a balanced budget and meaningful spending cuts.
Government Should Work for You
Families should not need a lobbyist to get an answer from the VA, FEMA, Social Security, Medicare, or the IRS. Greg Steube believes representation starts with answering the phone, solving problems, and holding federal agencies accountable. He will fight to make government work for Southwest Florida, not the other way around.
The Contrast with Democrats
- Socialists are winning Democratic primaries, defeating longtime Reps. Adriano Espaillat and Diana DeGette, and more DSA members are expected in the House in January 2027.
- After Zohran Mamdani's election in New York City, DSA declared that "Only socialism can solve decades of capitalist mismanagement in the US."
- Democrats have not ruled out impeachment and are laying the groundwork for far-reaching investigations of the President if they take the House.
- 206 House Democrats voted against the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act.
